6. MCP connector and third-party AI assistants
ReactIn offers an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector that lets you operate your account from a third-party AI assistant, such as Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's ChatGPT. The connector is only active if you add it to your assistant yourself and authorize access via OAuth with your ReactIn account.
When you use it, the assistant receives the data needed to answer your requests, limited to the organizations you belong to: lists, leads, campaigns, analytics, credits and inbox conversations. The assistant's processing of this data is governed by its provider's privacy policy.
The connector only uses a connected LinkedIn account for actions you explicitly request, such as starting a campaign or sending a message. You can revoke access at any time from your assistant's settings.
7. Data retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription, then deleted within 12 months after cancellation, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Strict access controls
- Continuous system monitoring
- Regular security audits
