When your campaign looks live but stays silent
You open Waalaxy’s dashboard and see dozens of pending actions in the queue—yet no invites or messages go out. The progress dot is orange, not green, and you’re left wondering if Waalaxy is down. If you’ve ever panicked over a silent campaign, this guide will clear things up.
What’s really happening?
Waalaxy shows “Queued” when preconditions aren’t met, not necessarily a platform failure. Common reasons:
Condition waiting: Your workflow includes rules like “wait X days after connect”—if that delay isn’t over, actions pause until it is.
Schedule outside activity hours: If you only send Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, any actions scheduled outside that window remain queued.
Cloud disconnected: Waalaxy’s cloud service (which powers the extension) requires an active LinkedIn session. If your session cookie expired or you closed LinkedIn in a tab, the cloud disconnects and halts sends.
Though it feels like a bug, these states protect you from unwanted sends. Campaigns resume automatically once conditions clear.
1) Quick-fix: get your actions moving again
Verify campaign status
In Campaign Settings, check the Activity Schedule: extend hours or add weekend slots if needed.
Check delays and conditions
Open your sequence flow and ensure any Wait or If blocks have their criteria met (e.g., time elapsed, connection accepted).
Reconnect the cloud
Go to Cloud & Extensions in Waalaxy settings. If you see Disconnected, log back into LinkedIn via the prompt (enter email/password).
Your queued actions should turn green and execute within minutes.

Simplify conditions: use fewer or shorter waits if you need continuous sends.
