Dripify pauses lead imports when it can’t match the LinkedIn URL to your authenticated session or if the link itself is invalid or expired. Common triggers:
Invalid/expired search URL: a stale LinkedIn search link (one generated days ago) returns no results.
LinkedIn contract mismatch: you’re logged in as Free/Premium, but pasted a Sales Navigator URL, so Dripify stops the import with a mismatch alert.
Conflicting sessions: multiple active LinkedIn logins (Recruiter, Sales Nav, browser tabs) confuse Dripify, which can’t launch its own session.
In each scenario, Dripify shows a subtle alert but won’t pull new profiles until you correct the issue.
1) Quick-fix: restart lead imports now
Validate your account type
In Dripify Settings > LinkedIn Connection, note which contract (Free, Premium, Sales Navigator) you’re using.
Regenerate the search URL
While logged into LinkedIn under that exact account, perform your prospect search (Sales Navigator or native LinkedIn) and copy the fresh URL.
Use a clean session
Close all other LinkedIn tabs or devices to ensure Dripify can spin up its own session.
Re-import in Dripify
Paste the new URL into your campaign’s lead import step and hit Refresh. Leads should start appearing again.
Your import queue will resume, filling your pipeline as expected.
